Yes, we like to receive comments on our Medium articles, but what happens when many of the comments you receive are from bots?
I thought that Medium was very careful not to allow fake accounts, to make sure that their users only received real interactions, but I just realized that there are several bots running around savagely, especially on articles that have to do with cryptocurrencies.
Those fake accounts take it so far, that they unashamedly post links to suspicious-looking Telegram channels.
Therefore, the recommendation here is to pay close attention to the links you click, to avoid being a victim of fraud. Have you come across something similar in the comments of an article?
