Loving you is not as hard as you might think

Looking at you

What do you see when you look inside you? Do you like what you see? I hope you see the reflection of something beautiful, a lovely human being doing their best to make it in a turbulent world. If you look in a mirror, I really hope you see something you really like. Our time on this planet is too short to spend it at war with ourselves.

Your own worth

Your own worth doesn't depend on what others might say or think about you. Only you know what you are worthy of. And believe me, you deserve all the best things in the whole world. Please, don't knock yourself down, just because someone can't see your true worth. Keep your chin up and try to work hard every day to become the best version of yourself.

Dream

There is nothing wrong with dreaming every now and then, as dreaming is an important fuel that can motivate us to go after what we truly desire. So, let your imagination run wild and be free to motivate you to don't give up. Remember that deep inside you, lies an infinite source of strength that nobody can cut down.

A complex person

Don't let anybody tell you that you are less deserving of love because any part of you doesn't fit in with the ideal you see every single day portrayed in media. There is a lot of you to love, more than what meets the eye. Every single human being is composed of many things, so it would be absurd to reduce someone to only one characteristic.

Your own friend

Yes, you can have a ton of friends and family always by your side, loving you and filling your heart with joy, but there is nothing wrong with trying to love yourself. Stop the war with the person in the mirror, and start loving it. No matter how long it takes, go step by step to boost your self-esteem.

Everybody makes mistakes

Remember that we are human beings, and as such, we make mistakes every single day of our lives. So, don't you dare think that any persons who have bullied you in the past are perfect or better than you. We all are equals. Learn to forgive yourself and, with time, those who wronged you in the past.
