Sadly, you are not the only person who has complained about it on Medium. Every day more and more writers receive highly offensive and sometimes disgusting comments on posts about sensitive or very personal topics. I thought that this site was different from other social networks, that maybe people here behaved with a bit of civility, but I'm already doubting it.
