How to stop for a moment in a turbulent world?

Nobody says it, but many feel it daily. A convulsive world that turns without stopping, and that seems to do so faster every day.
It seems that with each passing second, the rhythm of our lives accelerates more and more, until we get stuck in a maelstrom of sensations from which it is very difficult to get out.
We become obsessed with producing more and more every day, and we forget to leave space in the day to reconnect with our own humanity.
It is not that we leave all our usual occupations and that one day, without prior notice, we flee to the mountain to meditate isolated from everyone (although surely several would not dislike the idea) It is intended that we at least try to have some kind of balance between the fast pace of the world and those things that make us human.
Not everyone has the chance to earn a good sum of money dedicating themselves to jobs that are related to creativity, or that at least allow a good dose of creative freedom, so we have to find small spaces to free ourselves.
Always remember that the greatest of revolutions begins with a small step. So try to find a time in the day to come back to yourself.

Disconnect for a while from social networks and do something that fills your mind with something positive.
Balance your body with your mind. If your favorite thing to do almost every day is exercise, give yourself time to also exercise your mind. Read a little, take time to go to a museum or do some cultural activity.
And if, on the contrary, most of the time you do intellectual activities, do some physical activity, even for 15 minutes a day.
The world turns very fast, but you have to find time for yourself, not let your soul perish in the noise around us.
No, spiritual enlightenment and peace of mind are not achieved in five minutes, but giving yourself a few minutes of your day to disconnect from the noise that surrounds you will make you feel better about yourself, by helping you to regain your rightful place in life. the universe.
