Can I express my anger?

Of course! In fact, in most cases, it’s counterproductive to swallow your feelings and pretend you’re a machine without any emotion. Allow yourself to get all that you have inside, but without venting your anger against those who have nothing to do with it. Try not to hurt innocent people.

Everybody gets angry sometimes

You surely know some people who seem to be always laughing or enjoying their perfect lives. But believe me, even those people who appear to be the living image of perfection often get angry and want to send everything to hell. Rest assured, some of them are fake, but others know how to handle their anger.

It is not easy

I know, for sure, that life can be very hard a lot of times. There are some times in life when you want to throw it all away and scream until your heart stops, no matter what anyone else thinks. And when you’re feeling this way, not a million motivational quotes will cheer you up. And then, maybe you even end up being a little rude to those you love, because you don’t know how to get the anger out of you. So, people will surely judge you, but they will hardly think about what you have been through.

Starts with you

It is important that you remember that although you cannot always control what happens to you in life, you can control your attitude toward what happens to you. If you feel that you are going to react violently to someone you love, don’t forget to breathe and count to 10. Life gave us human beings the power of reasoning, let’s learn to use it productively.

But People Can Make it Worse

Even though stopping your anger starts with you, we have to accept that other people often play a big part in making us feel angry. It is important to learn to try not to explode violently with those we care about. Let’s learn to manage our feelings in a healthy way. Let’s not shut up, but let’s not allow our emotions to destroy us.

Talk about it

It is important, no matter how long it takes you, that you learn to talk about the things that bother you. Pain, if it stays inside you, ends up eating away at your soul. Therefore, bring out those destructive feelings, in a way that does not hurt you or others. If words aren’t your thing, you can use that intense feeling as fuel to motivate you to work or train harder. If you don’t get carried away in the heat of the moment, you will find a way to transform pain into something beautiful.

I can not do it!

If you’ve tried, and still feel anger taking over and hurting you, don’t be afraid to seek professional help of whatever kind you prefer. A professional can teach you various methods to relax and stop painful memories from continuing to affect your life. No, it won’t be easy, but you will make it.
