Overcoming depression is not as simple as simply telling the person who is going through a bad time “Hey, put on a happy face” So, if you are reading this while fighting/ learning to deal with some dark thoughts, let me remind you that you deserve to feel happy and fulfilled again. Please, look for professional help. If the mental health professional you choose or are assigned is not what you thought, makes you feel insecure or just feel is not good match for you, don't give up and keep looking for better help.
