Hold on, darling. The nightmare is almost over.
Hold on, dear darling.
The nightmare is almost over
Though you may feel lost in the depths of despair
And the weight of the world may feel like a boulder
Know that I am here, and I truly care
The road may be long and filled with twists and turns
But we will navigate it, side by side
Through the darkest of nights and the brightest of burns
We’ll face every challenge, we won’t hide
For you are the light that shines in my life
A beacon of hope in this world of strife
And though the storm may rage and the winds may howl
Together we will stand, we won’t bow
We’ll weather every storm and every trial
And emerge stronger, with hearts full of fire
For our love is a flame that burns so bright
Guiding us through the darkest of nights
So hold on, dear darling, let us move forward
Towards a future bright with hope and love
For we are a force to be reckoned with
And nothing can stop us, from above
Together we’ll conquer any obstacle
And emerge victorious, strong and free
For our love is an unbreakable bond
That will guide us through eternity
So hold on, dear darling, the nightmare is almost over
And soon we’ll be bathed in the light of a new day
Where love reigns supreme, and our hearts are free
To dance and sing and love in every way.
