Hiding From The Sun
In the shadows I find peace.
Away from the world that’s bright,
Here in the darkness, my worries cease.
The light can be blinding,
The glare too harsh to bear.
But in the dark, I find solace,
And all my fears disappear.
The night is a refuge,
From the troubles of the day.
A place where I can hide,
And let my worries slip away.
Here in the darkness,
I can be whoever I choose.
No judgment, no expectations,
Just me and my thoughts, no abuse.
The moon is my companion,
In this world of endless night.
A constant in the darkness,
Guiding me with its gentle light.
I find beauty in the shadows,
A place where I can breathe.
A world where I can be free,
And all my worries can leave.
In the darkness, I find peace,
Away from the chaos of the day.
A place where I can rest,
And all my fears can fade away.
The night is my sanctuary,
A world where I am not alone.
A place where I can find myself,
And all my doubts can be thrown.

In the darkness I find my way.
And though the world may be bright,
Here in the shadows, I will stay.
For in the darkness, I find peace,
A place where I can be free.
And though the world may be harsh,
Here in the shadows, I can just be me.
Shadows in your Soul
Shadows in your soul,
Darkness in your heart.
You walk alone, Through the world, apart.
The pain you carry,
Etched upon your face.
The wounds run deep,
No one can replace.
But know that you are not alone,
In this endless night.
For there is light within you,
A flicker, burning bright.
It may seem small,
A mere glimmer in the dark.
But it is enough,
To light the way, like a spark.
With every step you take,
The shadows may loom.
But the light within you,
Will guide you through the gloom.
Embrace the darkness,
For it is a part of you.
But do not let it consume,
Or your light will fade too.
Let your soul shine,
Like a beacon in the night.
And know that even in the darkness,
You are capable of great light.
For the shadows in your soul,
Are but a part of who you are.
And with every step you take,
You can reach for the stars.
So do not be afraid,
Of the darkness that surrounds.
For within you burns a fire,
That can never be drowned.
Let it guide you,
Through the night and the day.
And know that the shadows in your soul,
Will always find their way.
For you are strong,
And your light will never fade.
And in the end, it is your heart,
That will always lead the way.
